This 45 minutes class offers women the opportunity to either address or prevent hormonal imbalances through a series of specific set of postures and practices (Breath, Mudra, Mantra) to harmonise the endocrine system.

This class is designed for menstruating, perimenopausal and menopausal women. Pregnant women will also benefit but may be invited to modify the practice at times to suit their needs. At the end of the class you are welcome to stay for an extra 15 minutes meditation practice if you so wish.
