The combination of stretches, relaxation and meditation is designed to relax your nervous system and give a sense of stillness, possibilities and spaciousness to your life. Regular meditation helps on many levels including managing and preventing illness, while reducing our experience of stress in everyday life. Dru Meditation will nurture your mind into a state of stillness, with practices of great gentleness and kindness. This class is designed for practitioners with some experience in meditative or relaxation practices.
