The studies of Dr. Emoto concluded that any sound is vibration, and vibrations such as music and other positive sounds including the human voice is a form of healing energy. Additionally, thanks to growing scientific evidence, we now know that meditation offers measurable health benefits and makes life better in some very meaningful ways. Meditation also enables us to connect with ourselves and find peace in my mind and body.
This 30-minute meditation practice will use both the voice, sounds, instruments and mantras.
