This class is your weekly dose of me-time. You can expect to re-establish the deep connection to your mind and body to access states of rest and relaxation to unwind, relax and de-stress. Shakti Yin and Restorative Yoga is a beautiful ‘receptive’ practice, not ‘active’. During your time on the mat you will slowly drop into poses to find stillness, calm and relaxation in the body and mind.
