Prana (life force), breath and heart are our guides for practice. In a light-hearted, lively environment, we experience the feeling of our breath moving in the body. We allow the energy to lead our moving by focusing on the feeling rather than the doing. By linking conscious awareness to the breath, we become sensitive to the finer aspect of the breath. We become able to better notice what brings us joy and peace. The class integrates movement, breathing and relaxation in an accessible approach. Some dynamic breathing and movement can be present if suitable for all.
