This 45 mns session is designed to help you reset and find balance to avoid burn out and to help you thrive. We live in times where burn out – as a result of too much stress and having too much on- is too common. Unfortunately, we tend to take remedial action when it’s too late. This session offers a preventative option for those who want to maximise their health and well-being. The session includes a 15 mns chakra balancing meditation and a 20 mns Yoga Nidra. During the chakra meditation we will rebalance the energy centres so they can support you on your journey. During Yoga Nidra we will reset our nervous system to nourish the adrenal glands, the internal organs and the whole body mind system. Twenty minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2 hours of sleep.
