After a Multiple Sclerosis exacerbation left me in a wheelchair, I began a Dru yoga teaching training course to learn how to live in peace. Within 12 months I had left my wheelchair behind, re-entered the workforce and began the Dru meditation teacher training course.
I now use yoga, relaxation and meditation techniques to manage MS, and teach yoga and meditation to people of all ages and abilities. A Journey to Peace through Yoga chronicles my descent into chaos and multiple sclerosis, and my path to acceptance and ultimately surrender and peace with yoga, meditation and relaxation.
