My first taste of Yoga occurred when I was introduced to breathing techniques at the Art of Living centre in Paris early 2013. It was a turning point: I realised there was a whole other world within me.
Since then, Yoga has been about exploring the breath, the mind and the body with the intention of well-being and JOY.
If there is no joy, there is no yoga for me! Yoga is my dear friend, accompanying me along the roads of life.
I like to say that my sharing approach is “style-less” to better adapt to people and to keep learning about Yoga as a whole.
